Instructions

Mix spices

1 Mix spices

  • Preheat your oven to 170°C/150°C fan.
  • In a small bowl, combine the peri peri seasoning (spicy!), brown sugar and mango seasoning.
Bake

2 Bake

  • Spread the nuts in an even layer onto a lined baking tray.
  • Top with the spice mix.
  • Add a drizzle of oil and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 15-17 min until toasted and fragrant.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the nuts to cool completely on the baking sheet.
