Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Mix spices
Preheat your oven to 170°C/150°C fan.
In a small bowl, combine the periperiseasoning(spicy!), brownsugar and mangoseasoning.
2 Bake
Spread the nuts in an even layer onto a lined baking tray.
Top with the spice mix.
Add a drizzle of oil and toss to coat.
Bake for 15-17 min until toasted and fragrant.
Remove from the oven and allow the nuts to cool completely on the baking sheet.
3 Serve
