Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Chop the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Chop cucumber into batons.
2 Fry
Heat a pot over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the grated carrot for 2-3 min until softened.
3 Make sauce
Add the curry powder, garam masala, turmeric and tomato paste.
Mix well and cook for 1 min.
Add the measuredwater, mix well and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 4-6 min until the sauce has thickened slightly.
4 Add chicken
Mix in the chicken and cook for 2-3 min further until the chicken has warmed through.
Finish by mixing in the cream to achieve your desired creaminess.
5 Serve
Using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet to separate the grains.
Using scissors, cut a 2cm slit at the top of the bag. Microwave the rice for 1.5 to 2 min.

6 Serving suggestions
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
