Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Mix butter
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
Preheat your baking trays.
Soften the butter at room temperature.
In a bowl, combine the softened butter and oregano with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2 Top
Divide the garlicbutter between the pizzabases.
Using the back of a spoon, sperad the butter over the top of the bases.
3 Add cheese
Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the butter.
4 Bake
Bake for 8-10 min, until the cheese is melted and the base is golden and slightly crisp.
Tip!Prefer the base extra crispy? Cook for an additional 1-2 min.
5 Serve
Serve the Mini Cheesy Garlic Pizzas as part of a lunch box or as a perfect snack.
