Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Mix butter

1 Mix butter

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
  • Preheat your baking trays.
  • Soften the butter at room temperature.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened butter and oregano with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Top

2 Top

  • Divide the garlic butter between the pizza bases.
  • Using the back of a spoon, sperad the butter over the top of the bases.
Add cheese

3 Add cheese

  • Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the butter.
Bake

4 Bake

  • Bake for 8-10 min, until the cheese is melted and the base is golden and slightly crisp.
Tip! Prefer the base extra crispy? Cook for an additional 1-2 min.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Serve the Mini Cheesy Garlic Pizzas as part of a lunch box or as a perfect snack.
