Prep

  • Chop the cucumber into batons.
  • Peel and chop the carrot into batons.
  • Chop the halloumi into sticks.
Fry

2 Fry

  • Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the halloumi for 1-2 min each side until golden.
Serve

3 Serve

  • Heat the arabic bread in the oven or microwave for 30 sec to 1 min.
  • Divide the carrot, cucumber, hummus, arabic bread and halloumi between plates or lunchboxes.
  • Enjoy the raisins after as a treat
