Instructions
1 Prep
Chop the cucumber into batons.
Peel and chop the carrot into batons.
Chop the halloumi into sticks.
2 Fry
Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the halloumi for 1-2 min each side until golden.
3 Serve
Heat the arabicbread in the oven or microwave for 30 sec to 1 min.
Divide the carrot, cucumber, hummus, arabicbread and halloumi between plates or lunchboxes.
