Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients

1 Mix dry ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan.
  • Add the oats, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, chia seeds, almond slivers, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon to large baking tray or dish.
Tip! Feel free to add or remove any ingredients according to your taste preference.
Add wet ingredients

2 Add wet ingredients

  • Pour the maple syrup over the granola ingredients.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and add a small pinch of salt.
  • Mix well.
Tip! Olive oil is high in unsaturated fats and will add a very subtle and deliciously savoury flavour to the granola. Alternatively, use an oil of your preference.
Bake

3 Bake

  • Bake the granola in the oven for 15 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown.
  • Give it a good mix half way through.
Tip! Mixing the granola half way ensures it bakes evenly and that the fruits don't burn!
Serve

4 Serve

  • Whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Layer the granola pots to your liking.
  • Serve the Homemade Granola Pots. Alternatively make into larger granola bowls!
Tip! Once your [b]granola[/b] has fully cooled, store in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to one week.
