Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Warm ingredients

1 Warm ingredients

  • Line a muffin tray with the cup cake cases.
  • In a microwavable bowl, add the peanut butter, maple syrup and butter and warm in the microwave in 20 sec bursts until the butter is melted.
  • Stir to mix well.
Add oats

2 Add oats

  • Using a sharp knife, roughly chop the oats, or place in food processor and lightly blitz to break the oats (optional).
  • Add the oats to the warmed peanut butter mixture.
  • Stir to mix well until combined.
Press

3 Press

  • Divide the oat mixture evenly and add about 1.5 Tbsp into the bottom of the cup cake cases.
  • Press down firmly to form a base.
Add chocolate

4 Add chocolate

  • In a small microwavable bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 sec bursts.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add 2 tsp of melted chocolate on top of each oat cup.
  • Add a sprinkle of flaky salt on top of the chocolate (optional).
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Alternatively place in the freezer for 20-30 min.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Remove from the paper cups.
  • Snack on the No-bake Oat and Peanut Butter Cups as desired.
