Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Warm ingredients
Line a muffin tray with the cupcakecases.
In a microwavable bowl, add the peanutbutter, maplesyrup and butter and warm in the microwave in 20 sec bursts until the butter is melted.
Stir to mix well.
2 Add oats
Using a sharp knife, roughly chop the oats, or place in food processor and lightly blitz to break the oats (optional).
Add the oats to the warmed peanutbuttermixture.
Stir to mix well until combined.
3 Press
Divide the oat mixture evenly and add about 1.5 Tbsp into the bottom of the cupcakecases.
Press down firmly to form a base.
4 Add chocolate
In a small microwavable bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 sec bursts.
Stir until smooth.
Add 2 tsp of melted chocolate on top of each oatcup.
Add a sprinkle of flakysalt on top of the chocolate (optional).
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Alternatively place in the freezer for 20-30 min.
5 Serve
Remove from the papercups.
