Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry vegetables
Chop the broccoli into small florets.
Peel and slice the carrot into half moons.
Finely slice the redcabbage.
Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, add the cabbage, carrots and broccoli.
Fry for 6 min.
2 Prep
Meanwhile, peel and slice the redonion.
Trim and slice the sugarsnappeas into bite-sized pieces.
Trim and finely slice the springonion.
Finely slice the redchilli.
3 Fry vegetables
Add the onion, sugarsnappeas and chilli(spicy!) (reserve some for garnish.)
Fry for 5 min further.
4 Add beef
Add the soysauce, gingergarlicpaste, brownsugar, oystersauce, sesameseeds (reserve some for garnish) and half of the springonion (reserve the rest for garnish).
Fry for 3 min.
Add the pulledbeef into the pan and mix well.
Fry for 5 min further.
Season with salt and blackpepper.
Remove from the heat.
Add the sesameoil and toss.
5 Serve
Serve the One-pan Pulled Beef Stir-fry with Rainbow Veg.
Garnish with the remaining springonion, redchilli(spicy!) and sesameseeds.
Tip!Toast the sesame seeds in the dry, large pan on a medium-high heat before frying the vegetables to add extra flavour to the dish.
