Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry vegetables

1 Fry vegetables

  • Chop the broccoli into small florets.
  • Peel and slice the carrot into half moons.
  • Finely slice the red cabbage.
  • Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Once hot, add the cabbage, carrots and broccoli.
  • Fry for 6 min.
Prep

  • Meanwhile, peel and slice the red onion.
  • Trim and slice the sugar snap peas into bite-sized pieces.
  • Trim and finely slice the spring onion.
  • Finely slice the red chilli.
Fry vegetables

3 Fry vegetables

  • Add the onion, sugar snap peas and chilli (spicy!) (reserve some for garnish.)
  • Fry for 5 min further.
Add beef

4 Add beef

  • Add the soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame seeds (reserve some for garnish) and half of the spring onion (reserve the rest for garnish).
  • Fry for 3 min.
  • Add the pulled beef into the pan and mix well.
  • Fry for 5 min further.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Add the sesame oil and toss.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Serve the One-pan Pulled Beef Stir-fry with Rainbow Veg.
  • Garnish with the remaining spring onion, red chilli (spicy!) and sesame seeds.
Tip! Toast the sesame seeds in the dry, large pan on a medium-high heat before frying the vegetables to add extra flavour to the dish.
