Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and grate the carrots.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
2 Fry
Heat a large non-stick pan over a high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, add the steak strips with a pinch of salt.
Fry for 2-3 min until browned.
Transfer the steak strips to a plate.
Reserve the pan.
3 Simmer
Return the reserved pan to a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, add the carrots, tomatopaste, garliconionpowder, driedoregano, cinnamon, a pinch of allspice, bayleaves and beefstockcube.
Fry for 2 min.
Add the measuredwater, redvinegar, orzo, tomatoes and the beefstrips.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-18 min or until the orzo is tender.
4 Prep garnishes
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsleyleaves.
Crumble the feta.
5 Serve
Serve the One-pot BeefOrzo Stew topped with Feta Cheese and parsley.
