  • In a large bowl, whisk the chia seeds, agave syrup and milk to combine.
  • Leave the chia pudding in the mixing bowl or portion into individual containers.
Refrigerate

2 Refrigerate

  • Cover the chia pudding with a lid or cling film.
  • Place into the fridge and leave to set overnight.
Tip! Strapped for time? Leave to set for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
Serve

3 Serve

  • Serve the Overnight Chia Pudding with a spoonful of Creamy Peanut Butter and Bright Raspberry Jam.
Tip! Store the chia seed pudding without any toppings in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
