Instructions

Make chia pudding

1 Make chia pudding

  • In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, agave syrup and whole milk.
  • Leave the chia pudding in the mixing bowl or portion into individual containers.
Refrigerate

2 Refrigerate

  • Cover the chia pudding with a lid or cling film.
  • Place into the fridge and leave to set overnight.
Tip! Strapped for time? Leave to set for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
Mix crumble

3 Mix crumble

  • Deseed the dates.
  • Roughly chop the dates and pecan nuts and add to a bowl.
  • Add the cinnamon and ginger powders to the date and nut mix and combine.
Tip! Alternatively, blitz the dates in food processor in quick bursts to form coarse chunks. Then add the nuts, cinnamon and ginger powders and blitz again to combine to a coarse texture.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Serve the Overnight Chia Pudding with a dollop of Cream Cheese stirred through.
  • Top with a sprinkling of the Date and Nut Crumble
  • Drizzle the honey over the top (optional).
Tip! Store the chia seed pudding without any toppings in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
