Instructions

Make chia pudding

1 Make chia pudding

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, agave syrup and light coconut milk.
  • Divide among small bowls, containers of choice, or leave in the same large bowl.
Tip! If leaving in the large bowl, divide the chia pudding into containers of choice the next day.
Refrigerate

2 Refrigerate

  • Cover the chia pudding with a lid or cling film. Place into the fridge and leave to set overnight.
Tip! Strapped for time? Leave to set for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
Serve

3 Serve

  • Remove the Chia Pudding from the fridge and sprinkle with the coconut flakes, sliced pistachios and pomegranate kernels.
  • Alternatively serve with dollops of your favourite yogurt or additional toppings of your choice.
Tip! If the consistency of your chia pudding is too thick, thin down slightly with milk.
Storage

4 Storage

  • The Chia Pudding is best consumed the next day.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
