Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Prep

1 Prep

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the oats with the chia seeds, milk and honey.
  • Divide among bowls, containers of choice, or leave in the same large bowl.
Tip! If leaving in the large bowl, divide the overnight oats into containers of choice the next day.
Refrigerate

2 Refrigerate

  • Cover the oats with a lid or cling film.
  • Place into the fridge and leave to set overnight.
Tip! Overnight, the oats will soak up the liquid and flavour - leaving you with a delicious breakfast that is ready to go.
Serve

3 Serve

  • Remove the Overnight Oats from the fridge and top with the a drizzle of Smooth Pistachio Cream and Crunchy Pistachio Slices.
  • Alternatively serve with dollops of your favourite yogurt or additional toppings of your choice.
Tip! If the consistency of your oats is too thick, thin down slightly with milk.
Storage

4 Storage

  • The Overnight Oats are best consumed the next day.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
