Instructions
1 Mix dry ingredients
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan.
Add the oats, coconutflakes, driedcranberries, chiaseeds, almondslivers, pumpkinseeds and cinnamon to large baking tray or dish.
Tip!Feel free to add or remove any ingredients according to your taste preference.
2 Add wet ingredients
Pour the maplesyrup over the granola ingredients.
Drizzle the oliveoil and add a small pinch of salt.
Mix well.
Tip!Olive oil is high in unsaturated fats and will add a very subtle and deliciously savoury flavour to the granola. Alternatively, use an oil of your preference.
3 Bake
Bake the granola in the oven for 15 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown.
Give it a good mix half way through.
Tip!Mixing the granola half way ensures it bakes evenly and that the fruits don't burn!
4 Prep jam
Cut the passion fruits in half.
In a small bowl, combine the passion fruitpulp and pineapplepassion fruitjam, and mix until smooth.
5 Serve
Whisk the Greekyogurt until smooth.
Layer the granola pots to your liking.
Serve the Homemade Granola Pots immediately or save for later. Alternatively make into larger granola bowls!
Tip!Once your granola has fully cooled, store the leftovers in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to one week.
