Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
In a large bowl, whisk together the oats with the chia seeds, yogurt, milk and honey.
Divide among bowls, containers of choice, or leave in the same large bowl.
Tip!If leaving in the large bowl, divide the overnight oats into containers of choice the next day.
2 Refrigerate
Cover the oats with a lid or cling film.
Place into the fridge and leave to set overnight.
Tip!Overnight, the oats will soak up the liquid and flavour - leaving you with a delicious breakfast that is ready to go.
3 Prep toppings
Trim the strawberries and cut in half or quarters.
Stir the jam until smooth.
Stir the peanutbutter until smooth, heating it in the microwave for 20-30 sec if preferred.
4 Serve
Remove the OvernightOats from the fridge and top with a spoon of StrawberryJam, Peanut Butter and chopped Strawberries.
Alternatively serve with dollops of your favourite yogurt or additional toppings of your choice.
Tip!If the consistency of your oats is too thick, thin down slightly with milk.
5 Storage
The OvernightOats are best consumed the next day.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
