Instructions

Boil pasta

1 Boil pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Cook the pasta for 8-10 min until tender.
  • Reserve half a cup of pasta water.
  • Drain and return to the pan.
Tip! The pasta can be made in advance for the week or fresh on the day.
Prep grapes

2 Prep grapes

  • If serving younger kids, cut the grapes into halves or quarters.
Mix pasta

3 Mix pasta

  • Return the pan to a medium heat with the pasta.
  • Add the pesto and sour cream.
  • Mix well until a creamy sauce is created.
  • Add a splash of pasta water to help the sauce coat the pasta.
  • Add the peas and mix through to warm.
  • Remove from the heat.

4 Serve

  • Serve the Pesto Pasta with Red Grapes and Crispy Pretzels.

  • Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
