Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Boil pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Cook the pasta for 8-10 min until tender.
Reserve half a cup of pastawater.
Drain and return to the pan.
Tip!The pasta can be made in advance for the week or fresh on the day.
2 Prep grapes
If serving younger kids, cut the grapes into halves or quarters.
3 Mix pasta
Return the pan to a medium heat with the pasta.
Add the pesto and sourcream.
Mix well until a creamy sauce is created.
Add a splash of pastawater to help the sauce coat the pasta.
Add the peas and mix through to warm.
Remove from the heat.
4 Serve
Serve the PestoPasta with RedGrapes and CrispyPretzels.
5 Serving suggestions
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
