Before you start

Instructions
1 Make filling
Using clean hands or 2 forks, shred the cooked chicken breast.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the pesto and grated carrot.
2 Assemble rolls
Pick the lettuceleaves.
Cut the rolls in half.
Add a few lettuceleaves to the base of the rolls.
Divide the filling amongst the rolls and place the top half on top.
3 Serve
If preparing for younger children, cut the grapes into quarters.
Divide the Red PestoChickenRolls with the pretzels and grapes.
4 Serving suggestions
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
