Instructions

Make filling

1 Make filling

  • Using clean hands or 2 forks, shred the cooked chicken breast.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the pesto and grated carrot.
Assemble rolls

2 Assemble rolls

  • Pick the lettuce leaves.
  • Cut the rolls in half.
  • Add a few lettuce leaves to the base of the rolls.
  • Divide the filling amongst the rolls and place the top half on top.
Serve

3 Serve

  • If preparing for younger children, cut the grapes into quarters.
  • Divide the Red Pesto Chicken Rolls with the pretzels and grapes.
