Instructions
1 Marinate tuna
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, gingergarlicpaste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and the sesame seeds.
Set aside to marinate the tunasteaks.
2 Boil rice
Meanwhile, rinse and drain the rice.
Add the rice, a pinch of salt and the measuredwater to a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil over a high heat.
Lower heat, cover and cook for 12-14 min, until the rice is tender.
Add the edamamebeans and mix through to heat.
Remove from the heat and keep covered until serving.
3 Prep salsa
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Finely slice the springonion.
Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Thinly slice the chilli(spicy!).
Pick and finely chop the corianderleaves.
Cut the lime half.
Combine all the salsa ingredients in a large bowl and add a squeeze of limejuice and a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.
4 Fry tuna
Remove the tuna from the marinade, discarding the liquid.
Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the tunasteaks for 3-4 min on both sides until cooked through to your liking.
5 Serve
Serve the SesameTuna Steaks on a bed of EdamameRice.
Top with spoonfuls of Mango and AvocadoSalsa.
