Instructions
1 Prep veggies
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Separate the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
2 Boil cauliflower
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 4 min.
3 Add broccoli
After 4 min, add the broccoli and cook for 3 min further. Once cooked (see pro tip), drain the cauliflower and broccoli. Transfer both to a roasting dish.
4 Make meat sauce
Meanwhile, heat a pan over a high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot add the beefmince and onion. Fry with a pinch of salt for 5 min. Add the garlic and cook for 2 min further. Add the chopped tomatoes, stockcube, cream, oregano and pepper. Simmer for 5 min.
5 Bake
Pour the meat sauce over the cauliflower and broccoli. Top with the grated mozzarella and cheddar. Bake in the oven for 15-20 min until golden on top.
6 Serve
Let the beef gratin rest for a few minutes before serving.
