Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Slice the smokedsalmon into smaller pieces.
Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds.
Pick and finely chop the dill.
2 Make dill cream cheese
In a bowl, combine the creamcheese and dill, to taste.
3 Toast bagels
Slice the bagels in half.
Heat in a toaster, pan, or in the oven for a few minutes until toasted on the inside.
4 Serve
Slice the lemon into wedges.
In a bowl, add the rocket with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Mix to combine.
5 Serve
Spread the creamcheese onto the bagel halves.
Layer the cucumbers and smokedsalmon.
Top with a handful of rocket.
Serve for breakfast or pack for lunch.
