Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Make coleslaw
In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and whitebalsamicvinegar.
Add the coleslawmix and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside in the fridge until serving.
2 If using a hob
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Toast the burger buns for 1-2 min.
Remove the buns from the pan and set aside.
Add a drizzle of oil to the same pan.
Fry the patties for 4-5 min on each side until browned and cooked through.
Top with the sliced cheese, cover with a lid and cook for 1 min further or until the cheese has melted.
Tip!Alternatively, grill on the BBQ!
3 If using an air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes.
Place the patties into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 4-5 min.
Flip and cook for another 4-5 min or until browned and cooked through.
Top with the sliced cheese and air fry for 10-20 sec to melt.
4 Serve
Load the warmed burger buns with burgerpatties, coleslaw, pickles, crispyonions and barbecuesauce.
