Instructions
1 Prep
Chop the apples into slices.
Trim the tops off the strawberries and cut them into halves or quarters.
Peel the mandarins.
Tip!Chop the fruit fresh on the day of consumption. To keep the fruit and veg fresh, dampen a paper towel and cover.
2 Mix yoghurt
In a small bowl, combine the greekyogurt and strawberryjam.
3 Serve
Serve the fruit as a mixed platter or divide it into containers or lunch boxes to enjoy on the go or as a snack.
Enjoy with the strawberryyogurt as a dip on the side.
