Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and chop the kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt and passionfruitpreserve.
Tip!Chop the fruit fresh on the day of consumption. To keep the fruit and veg fresh, dampen a paper towel and cover.
2 Toast coconut
Heat a small pan over a medium heat.
Dry toast the coconut for 2-3 min until golden.
3 Serve
