  • Peel and chop the kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt and passionfruit preserve.
Tip! Chop the fruit fresh on the day of consumption. To keep the fruit and veg fresh, dampen a paper towel and cover.
Toast coconut

2 Toast coconut

  • Heat a small pan over a medium heat.
  • Dry toast the coconut for 2-3 min until golden.
