Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
If using an oven, preheat to 220°C/200°C fan.
If using an air fryer, preheat to 200°C.
In large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, BBQspice, Dijon mustard and garlic powder with a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and coatwell.
Tip!Have spare time? Marinade the chicken wings 12-24 hours before cooking.
2 If using an oven
Place the chicken wings onto a lined baking tray.
Roast for 15-20 min or until the chickenwings are golden-brown and sticky.
Tip!Having a barbecue? Place the chicken wings over an indirect heat and grill for 10-15 min, turning occasionally.
3 If using an air fryer
Place the chicken wings in a lined air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12-15 min or until the chickenwings are golden-brown and sticky.
Tip!Be careful not to overcrowd your air fryer basket - air fry them in batches instead.
4 Make dip
In a small bowl, combine the sourcream, mayonnaise, lemonpepperseasoning with a dash of whitevinegar to taste.
5 Serve
Serve the BBQChicken Wings with the Ranch-style Dip alongside.
