Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Cook noodles

1 Cook noodles

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Add the noodles. Cook for 4-6 min until tender or cooked to your liking.
  • Drain and rinse with cold water to help prevent them from sticking.
Prep

2 Prep

  • Chop the baby corn into halves.
  • Deseed and slice the pepper into strips.
  • Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Fry

3 Fry

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the corn and peppers for 2-3 min until slightly softened.
  • Add the chicken and fry for a further 2 min to heat through.
Add noodles

4 Add noodles

  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir fry for 1 min.
  • Add the sweet chilli and soy sauces.
  • Mix well and stir fry for 1-2 min.
Serve

5 Serve

  • If serving for young children, cut the grapes into quarters.
  • Serve the Sweet Chilli Chicken Noodles with the Green Grapes and Koala Zaatar Crackers alongside.

  • Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
