Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Cook noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Add the noodles. Cook for 4-6 min until tender or cooked to your liking.
Drain and rinse with cold water to help prevent them from sticking.
2 Prep
Chop the babycorn into halves.
Deseed and slice the pepper into strips.
Chop the chickenbreast into bite-sized pieces.
3 Fry
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the corn and peppers for 2-3 min until slightly softened.
Add the chicken and fry for a further 2 min to heat through.
4 Add noodles
Add the cookednoodles to the pan and stir fry for 1 min.
Add the sweetchilli and soysauces.
Mix well and stir fry for 1-2 min.
5 Serve
If serving for young children, cut the grapes into quarters.
Serve the SweetChilliChickenNoodles with the Green Grapes and Koala Zaatar Crackers alongside.
6 Serving suggestions
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
Teens 14+ years: Serve a full portion.
