Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
Trim and chop the Tenderstem broccoli into thirds.
Slice the cherrytomatoes in half.
In a bowl or jug, combine the tomato passata, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano and brown sugar with a pinch of salt - this is the tomatosauce for step 2.
Tip!Slice the broccoli stems in half if they are too thick.
2 Bake
Place the naanbread onto a baking tray and spoon over the tomatosauce.
Top with the mozzarella, Tenderstembroccoli and oliveslices.
Bake for 10-12 min or until the cheese is golden brown.
3 Make dressing
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the balsamicvinegar, oliveoil and a pinch of salt.
4 Toss salad
Toss the rocket and cherrytomatoes in the dressing.
Tip!Dress your salad just before serving, otherwise it will go soggy.
5 Serve
Serve the NaanPizza cut into equal sizes, with the CherryTomato and RocketSalad alongside.
