Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Prep

1 Prep

  • Peel and finely chop onion and garlic.
  • Finely dice the tomato.
  • Finely chop the jalapeno (spicy!).
  • Pick the coriander leaves and roughly chop.
  • Cut the limes in half.
Prep avocado

2 Prep avocado

  • Cut the avocado in half.
  • Remove the stone.
  • Scoop the avocado out of its skin using a spoon and into a bowl.
  • Mash with a fork, keeping some bits chunky.
Add lime juice

3 Add lime juice

  • Mix the vegetables into smashed avocado.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add a squeeze of lime juice to taste.
  • Serve The Ulitmate Guacamole with Tortilla Chips on the side.
Tip! The lime juice helps to preserve the colour of the guacamole while also giving it a zingy flavour.
