Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Boil pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Cook the pasta for 8-10 min until tender.
Drain and return to the pan.
Tip!The pasta can be made in advance for the week or fresh on the day.
2 Make sauce
Heat a separate pan over a medium heat.
Add the tomatopaste, passata, measured water, vegetableseasoning, garliconionpowder and dried oregano.
Mix well and heat for 2-3 min.
Mix through the creamcheese.
3 Mix pasta
Combine the drained pasta with the tomatosauce.
Heat for 2-3 min over a medium heat.
4 Serve
If preparing for younger children, cut the grapes in quarters.
Divide the pasta and sides between lunch box containers or plates.
If serving over multiple days keep the pasta in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days until serving.
5 Serving Guidelines
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
Teens 14+ years: Serve a full portion.
