Tomato sauce
Fresh basil

Balsamic vinegar
15 ML
Dijon mustard

Honey

Black pepper

Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Rocket
40 Grams
Wholewheat tortilla wraps
4 Piece
Grated mozzarella
100 Grams
Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp

Tips for fussy eaters

Serve the rocket salad on the side.

Pro tip

Arrange the toppings exactly as we do in the step photo. This way the toppings won't fall out of the wrap!

Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

1 Make sauce

Finely chop the basil. Heat a pot over a medium heat. Add the tomato passatagarlic onion powder, 0.5/1/1 stock cubebrown sugar and basil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 min (add a splash of water if it gets too thick).

2 Prep toppings

Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. In a salad bowl, combine the vinegarDijonhoney, a pinch of salt and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the rocket and toss.

3 Top

Fold a tortilla in half, then in half again to divide it into 4 equal quadrants. Cut a line between the two lower quadrants from the center to the edge so you have a single slit in the tortilla. Add the tomato sauce. and cherry tomatoes to the top left, add parmesan and mozzarella to the top right. Add rocket to the bottom right (See the picture). Repeat.

4 Fold

Fold the bottom left that is empty over the top left with sauce and tomatoes. Fold to the right over the one with cheese and fold down over the quadrant with rocket. Repeat. This is your tortilla pizza wraps.

5 Fry

Heat a pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Fry the tortilla pizza wraps on both sides for 30 sec to 1 min or until browned. Repeat.

6 Serve

Serve the tortilla pizza wraps immediately. 

Tips for fussy eaters

Serve the rocket salad on the side.
