Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Boil pasta

1 Boil pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Add the pasta. Cook for 8-10 min until tender.
  • Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  • Drain the pasta and reserve the pot.
Tip! The pasta can be made in advance for the week or fresh on the day.
Prep

  • Drain and rinse the sweet corn.
  • Drain the tuna.
Mix pasta

3 Mix pasta

  • Return the pot to a medium heat with the whipping cream.
  • Heat the cream until steaming but not boiling.
  • Add the cheddar and mix until melted.
  • Add the tuna and sweet corn.
  • Mix and season with a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.

4 Prep sides

  • Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into thin batons.
  • Wash the grapes. If cooking for young children, cut the grapes in half or quarters.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Serve the Tuna Sweet Corn Pasta with Cucumber and Red Grapes on the side.
