  • Drain the tuna.
  • Drain and rinse the sweet corn.
  • Trim the baby gem lettuce and shred the leaves.

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the tuna, sweet corn and mayonnaise.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Add filling

3 Add filling

  • Cut each bread roll in half.
  • Divide the shredded lettuce amongst the bread rolls.
  • Top with a spoonful of tuna sweet corn mix.
