Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Drain the tuna.
Drain and rinse the sweetcorn.
Trim the babygemlettuce and shred the leaves.
2 Mix
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
3 Add filling
Cut each bread roll in half.
Divide the shredded lettuce amongst the breadrolls.
Top with a spoonful of tunasweetcorn mix.
4 Serve
