Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and chop the carrot into batons.
Chop the cucumber into batons.
Cut the apple into slices.
Tip!To ensure the fruit & veg is a fresh as possible chop on the day. If not possible chop, dampen a paper towel & cover and place in a sealed container
2 Mix cream cheese
In a small bowl, combine the creamcheese with the barbecuesauce.
3 Layer wraps
Spread 1/4 of the creamcheese on each tortillawrap (saving the remaining 1/2 of the creamcheese as a dip)
Sprinkle over the gratedcheddar.
Layer half of the turkeybreastslices in the centre of each wrap.
Tip!Prepare each wrap on the day of consumption to ensure freshness.
4 Roll
Roll up the tortillawraps tightly.
Wrap the rolled tortillas in cling film if storing before cutting.
Trim any unfilled ends away and slice each tortilla into 4-6 equal pieces.
5 Serve
Divide the roll-ups and sides between lunch box containers or plates.
6 Serving suggestions
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
Teens 14+ years: Serve a full portion.
