Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Toast bread
Cut the ciabattabreads in half.
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Drizzle the open side of each ciabatta with a small amount of oil.
Toast the open side of the bread for 30 sec until golden.
Remove and retain the pan.
2 Assemble
In a small bowl, combine the pesto and mayonnaise.
Spread the pestomayo on both halves of the toasted breads.
On one half, place the turkey and cheddarslices, and top with the other half.
3 Toast ciabatta
Return the pan to the heat.
Add the bread, using another pan on top to press the bread down.
Toast until golden and crispy on one side and then repeat for the other.
4 Serve
Chop the cucumber into batons
Serve the TurkeyHam, Pesto and CheeseCiabatta with Cucumber and Koala Mango Rolls.
