Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Toast bread

1 Toast bread

  • Cut the ciabatta breads in half.
  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
  • Drizzle the open side of each ciabatta with a small amount of oil.
  • Toast the open side of the bread for 30 sec until golden.
  • Remove and retain the pan.
Assemble

2 Assemble

  • In a small bowl, combine the pesto and mayonnaise.
  • Spread the pesto mayo on both halves of the toasted breads.
  • On one half, place the turkey and cheddar slices, and top with the other half.
Toast ciabatta

3 Toast ciabatta

  • Return the pan to the heat.
  • Add the bread, using another pan on top to press the bread down.
  • Toast until golden and crispy on one side and then repeat for the other.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Chop the cucumber into batons
  • Serve the Turkey Ham, Pesto and Cheese Ciabatta with Cucumber and Koala Mango Rolls.
