Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Roast sprouts

1 Roast sprouts

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Trim the Brussels sprouts and chop each sprout in half. Add them to a lined baking tray and drizzle with oil and honey. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 25 min until crisp and tender.
Boil cauliflower

2 Boil cauliflower

Meanwhile, chop the cauliflower into small florets. Cook the cauliflower in a pot of salted boiling water for 4 min or until tender. Drain once cooked. 
Make sauce

3 Make sauce

Meanwhile, heat a saucepan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the buttercorn starch and 0.5/1/1 stock cube. Cook, stirring continuously, for 1 min or until a sandy paste has formed. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook for 3 min further or until the sauce has thickened. Add the cheddar and truffle oil. Remove from the heat.
Bake cauliflower

4 Bake cauliflower

Place the drained cauliflower in a baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and give everything a good mix up. Bake for 20 min or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Tip! To get your bake's top nice and golden, place it under the grill for a final 5 min.
Fry chicken

5 Fry chicken

Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and cook for 5-7 min on either side until golden and cooked through.
Tip! To check if the chicken is cooked, insert a knife into the meat - if the juices run clear, it's ready!
Serve

6 Serve

Serve the cauliflower cheese alongside the chicken and roasted sprouts.
