Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Marinate chicken
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the paprika, thyme, garliconionpowder and lemonpepperseasoning with a drizzle of oil.
Add the chicken and coat in the marinade.
Set aside.
2 Prep
Peel and finely slice the onions.
Chop the cherrytomatoes in half.
Chop the olives in half.
3 Make tzatziki
Grate the cucumber.
Over a bowl, using clean hands squeeze the grated cucumber to remove as much liquid as possible.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt and cucumber with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4 Fry chicken
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Add the chicken.
Fry for 4-6 min until golden and cooked through.
5 Make dressing
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic.
Cut the lemon into wedges.
In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp of lemon juice, the garlic, oregano and agavesyrup with a drizzle of oliveoil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
6 Serve
Add all of the lettuce and veggies to a bowl.
Top with the chicken and crumble over the feta.
