Instructions
1 Cook broccoli
Separate the broccoli into florets. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 4-5 min or until tender. Drain.
2 Oyster sauce
Meanwhile, add the oyster sauce, sweetsoysauce, soy sauce, ricevinegar, a generous grind of blackpepper and corn starch to a bowl. Whisk until combined. Finely chop the springonion.
3 Cauliflower 'rice'
Using a box grater or food processor, grate or blitz the cauliflower until it resembles rice grains. Heat a pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the cauliflower with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 5 min.
4 Stir fry
Meanwhile, heat a second pan over a high heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the steakstrips and fry for 3 min. Add the gingergarlicpaste and fry for 1 min further. Transfer the steak strips to a plate and reserve the pan.
Tip!If the pan is looking crowded, fry the steak strips in batches. This will stop them from stewing, rather than frying!
5 Finish
Return the pan to a medium-high heat. Add the oystersauce and beef stock. Simmer for 3 min or until the sauce begins to thicken. Stir constantly. Add the cooked broccoli and springonion and toss.
6 Serve
Serve the beef and the sauce over the cauliflowerrice and garnish with the sesameseeds.
