Instructions
1 Cook pasta
Put a large pan of salted water onto boil and cook the pasta for around 10‒12 minutes until "al dente", drain and stir through a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
2 Rinse and chop
Rinse and chop spinach, basil and onion. Peel and mince garlic.
3 Fry onion
Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onion on a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
4 Make sauce
Add chopped tomatoes and simmer lightly for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and basil leaves and stir until wilted. Finally pour in the drained sweetcorn and tuna. Season well with salt and pepper.
5 Bake and serve
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour the drained pasta into an oven casserole. Add the tuna sauce and mix gently. Top with grated cheddar and mozzarella. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden on top.
