Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Coat chicken

1 Coat chicken

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Add the chicken drumsticks, zaatar, salt and oil to a mixing bowl and toss to coat the chicken.
Roast veggies

2 Roast veggies

Chop the potatoes into wedges, the cauliflower into florets and the carrots into disks. Place them on a lined baking tray. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with cumin, salt and pepper. Toss well. Add the garlic cloves to one side of the tray. Leave them in their skin.
Roast chicken

3 Roast chicken

Place the chicken drumsticks onto the tray and roast everything in the oven for 35-40 min. Remove the tray from the oven and squeeze the garlic cloves from their skins.
Make dressing

4 Make dressing

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the natural yogurt and the infused saffron. Season with a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
Serve

5 Serve

Serve the roasted chicken and vegetables with the saffron yogurt.
