Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
1 Grill salmon
Pre-heat the grill to high. In a small bowl, combine the tamari and oystersauce with the brownsugar. This is your teriyaki glaze. Add the salmon cubes to a baking dish. Spoon over the glaze and grill for 6 min or until cooked through.
2 Make dressing
Meanwhile, peel and grate the garlic and ginger directly into a large bowl. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil and honey. Mix well. This is your dressing.
Tip!Not keen on raw garlic? Go easy!
3 Prep vegetables
Chop the tomatoes into quarters. Roughly chop the cucumbers. Roughly chop the lettuce. Slice the radishes.
4 Assemble salad
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, edamame and radishes to the dressing. Toss well.
Divide the salad among serving bowls. Top with the grilled salmon and garnish with the sesameseeds.
