Instructions
1 Prep
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Trim the greenbeans. In a bowl, toss the chicken in the corn starch with a generous pinch of salt.
2 Make glaze
Finely chop the redchilli. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, gingerpaste, chillijam, redchilli(spicy!) and garlicpowder with the ricevinegar.
3 Fry chicken
Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the chicken and fry for 5 min or until the chicken is cooked through.
4 Add glaze
Add the glaze and cook for 1 min or until the sauce begins to thicken up.
5 Fry veg
Heat a second large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the greenbeans and fry for 3 min. Add the edamame and tamari and fry for 1 final min. Remove from the heat and add the sesameoil and sesameseeds. Toss.
6 Serve
Serve the gingerchillichicken alongside the green beans and edamame.
