Instructions
1 Mix sauce
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sweetsoy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, measured water, hoisinsauce, gingergarlicpaste and black pepper. This is your stir-frysauce. Set aside.
2 Boil
Separate the broccoli into florets. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 3 min. Add the broccoli and cook for 3 min further. Drain well and rinse under cold water to keep the noodles from sticking together.
3 Toast seeds
Meanwhile, heat a large pan or wok over a high heat. Toast the sesame seeds for 2 min. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
4 Fry
Return the pan to a high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the pulledbeef and fry for 3 min. Add the stir-frysauce and cook for 1 min or until the sauce begins to thicken up. Add a splash of water if needed.
5 Serve
Add the drained broccoli and noodles to the pan. Cook for 1 min further. Divide the stir-fry among plates and serve. Garnish with the toasted sesame seeds.
