Pulled beef
200 Grams
Soy sauce
20 ML
Sweet soy sauce
15 ML
Oyster sauce
20 Grams
Corn starch
10 Grams
Water
150 ML
Hoisin sauce
40 Grams
Ginger garlic paste
15 Grams
Black pepper
0.5 Tsp
Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp
Noodles
Broccoli
200 Grams
Salt
1 Tsp
Wheat noodles
200 Grams
Sesame seeds
10 Grams

Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

1 Mix sauce

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, measured waterhoisin sauce, ginger garlic paste and black pepper. This is your stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

2 Boil

Separate the broccoli into florets. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 3 min. Add the broccoli for 3 min further. Drain well and rinse in cold water to keep the noodles from sticking together.

3 Toast seeds

Meanwhile, heat a large pan or wok over a high heat. Toast the sesame seeds for 2 min. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

4 Fry

Return the pan to a high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the pulled beef and fry for 3 min. Add the stir-fry sauce and cook for 1 min or until the sauce begins to thicken up. Add a splash of water if needed - this is your stir fry.

5 Serve

Add the drained broccoli and noodles to the pan. Cook for 1 min further. Divide the stir-fry among plates and serve. Garnish with the toasted sesame seeds
