Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste

Sesame oil

Sesame seeds

1 Boil noodles
Boil a kettle. Chop the broccoli into small florets. Add the boiling water to a large pot with a generous pinch of salt. Add the noodles and cook for 5 min. Add broccoli to the pot and cook for 4 min further.
2 Prep
Meanwhile, chop the spring onion. In a bowl, whisk together the soy saucedark soyoyster saucesweet soysambal oelek (spicy!)sweet chillicorn starch and the measured water
3 Fry
Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the spring onionsginger garlic paste, pulled beef and a pinch of salt. Fry for 5 min.
4 Chilli sauce
Pour the chilli sauce over the beef and cook for 3 min or until the sauce begins to thicken. 
5 Serve
Add the drained noodlesbroccoli and sesame oil to the beef and toss. If you like your noodles extra saucy, add more water to adjust the consistency. Divide the noodles among bowls and garnish with the sesame seeds.
Tips for fussy eaters
Sensitive to spice? Go easy on the sambal oelek or omit it completely!
Pro tip
Toss the cooked pasta in oil to avoid the noodles from sticking.
