Instructions
1 Boil noodles
Boil a kettle. Chop the broccoli into small florets. Add the boiling water to a large pot with a generous pinch of salt. Add the fettuccine and cook for 5 min. Add the broccoli to the pot and cook for 4 min further.
Tip!Toss the cooked pasta in oil to avoid the noodles from sticking.
2 Prep
Meanwhile, chop the spring onion. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, darksoy, oystersauce, sweetsoy, sambal oelek(spicy!), sweetchilli, corn starch and the measured water.
Tip!Sensitive to spice? Go easy on the sambal oelek or omit it completely!
3 Fry
Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the springonions, gingergarlicpaste, pulledbeef and a pinch of salt. Fry for 5 min.
4 Chilli sauce
Pour the chillisauce over the beef and cook for 3 min or until the sauce begins to thicken.
5 Serve
Add the drained noodles, broccoli and sesameoil to the beef and toss. If you like your noodles extra saucy, add more water to adjust the consistency. Divide the noodles among bowls and garnish with the sesameseeds.
