Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Roast sweet potatoes

1 Roast sweet potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Peel sweet potatoes and cut to french fries. In a bowl, coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour to an oven tin lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 15 min.
Prep salmon

2 Prep salmon

Season the salmon with salt and black pepper. Wash the limes and cut them into thin slices. Divide the slices on top of the fish.
Add salmon and bake

3 Add salmon and bake

Take the tin from the oven and add salmon pieces, skin side down. Continue baking for 10-15 min until the sweet potatoes are done and the salmon is cooked through but juicy. Chop the fresh coriander on top.
Boil green beans

4 Boil green beans

Wash and trim the green beans. Cook the green beans in a pot of salted boiling water for 3-4 min or until tender. Drain once cooked. Serve the lime salmon with the roasted sweet potatoes and the green beans.
