Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and mince the garlic (see pro tip). Trim and very finely slice the springonion. Trim and chop the broccoli into very small florets.
2 Boil noodles
Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook for 2 min.
3 Add broccoli
After 2 min, add the broccoli and cook for 2 min further or until both the noodles and the broccoli are tender. Drain and reserve a cup of noodlecookingwater.
4 Fry salmon
Heat a large pan over a high heat (no need to wash it) with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the salmonfillets with the a pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 min on either side until cooked through.
5 Sauté
Add the butter, garlic and springonion to the salmon and saute for 2-3 min (don't let the garlic turn brown!). Add the soysauce and fishsauce. Remove the pan from the heat. Flake the salmon into large chunks.
6 Toss
Add the drained broccoli and noodles to the pan with a generous splash of the noodlecookingwater. Carefully toss. Serve immediately.
