Instructions
1 Meat sauce
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Preheat your baking trays. Heat a pan over a medium heat with oil. Once hot, add the beefmince and fry for 5-7 min. Add the tomatopaste, Worcestershire, tomatopassata, oregano, brownsugar, garliconionpowder, 0.5 stockcube and measured water. Simmer, covered, for 10 min.
2 Prep toppings
Meanwhile, de-seed and finely chop the pepper. Peel and finely slice the onion.
3 Roll pizza
Sprinkle half of the semolina onto a clean surface. Sprinkle the flour onto a rolling pin and roll out the doughballs, then allow them to rest for 3 min. Continue to roll out the dough until roughly the size of a dinner plate. Sprinkle the remaining semolina onto the pre-heated baking trays. Transfer the rolled out dough onto the trays.
4 Bake
Top the pizza base with the meatsauce followed by the peppers, onion, cheddar and mozzarella. Brush the crust with olive oil. Bake for 20 min or until the crust begins to crisp and brown.
5 Dressing
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic, Dijon, oliveoil and a pinch of salt.
6 Serve
Toss the rocketsalad in the balsamicdressing. Slice the pizza and serve the salad alongside.
