4 Stir-fry vegetables
Heat a pan over a high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the cabbage, carrot, spring onion and red chilli, and fry for 2 min until slightly softened but crunchy (when cooking for 3 or 4, use two pans). Add the stir fry sauce and fry for 1 min further. Give everything a good toss.
