Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep salad
Peel and grate the carrot. Grate the zucchini. Chop the freshcoriander. Place all three in a bowl.
2 Fry beef
Heat a pan over a high heat with a drizzle of vegetableoil. Once hot, add the beefmince and fry for 5-7 min or until browned and starting to crisp.
3 Add
Add the garlicpaste, tomatopaste, tacoseasoning(spicy!) and measuredwater. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 min. Sprinkle with the cheese and remove from the heat. Cover and set aside until serving.
4 Dress salad
Season the carrot and zucchini salad with a generous squeeze of lime juice and a drizzle of oliveoil. Toss.
5 Serve
Split the burgerbuns (see pro tip!). Load them with the beef mix, sourcream and jalapenoslices(spicy!). Serve the carrotsalad to the side.
