Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Peel and chop

Dice chicken. Peel and chop onion and mince garlic. Slice sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms. Peel and slice celery. Wash and dice zucchini. Rinse trim green beans. Rinse and chop spinach.
Cook

2 Cook

In a large soup pot, cook onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, celery and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes.
Add

Add water, chicken stock cubes and diced chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Season and serve

4 Season and serve

Add zucchini, green beans and spinach. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
