Tips for fussy eaters

Omit the fresh zaatar!

Pro tip

Make sure to roll the dough out extra long before placing it on the baking tray. If the raw dough retracts too much, rest it for a couple of minutes, then stretch it again with your hands.

Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

1 Prep

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Preheat your baking trays. Mix the dried zaatar, sesame seeds, a pinch of salt and olive oil in a bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel and slice the shallots

2 Roll

Sprinkle the flour onto a clean surface and onto a rolling pin. Roll out the dough balls in a forward and backward motion (until the dough takes on an oval shape). Allow the dough to rest for 3 min. Once rested, roll the dough out until roughly 30 cm long. Transfer to the pre-heated baking trays.

3 Top

Top the pizza base with the mozzarella, followed by the zaatar mixture, the crumbled feta, the cherry tomatoes and the shallots. Bake for 20 min or until the crust begins to crisp and brown.
